FAQ

When is the best time to apply grub control to my lawn?
The ideal time for grub control is late spring to early summer for prevention, and late summer to early fall for treatment. Preventative applications target newly hatched grubs before they cause damage, while curative treatments address active infestations.
How does mosquito control work, and is it safe for pets and children?
Our mosquito control treatments target breeding areas and adult mosquitoes using eco-friendly products. These treatments are safe for pets and children once dry and help reduce mosquito populations significantly around your home.
What are the benefits of lawn aeration, and how often should it be done?
Aeration improves soil health by allowing better absorption of water, nutrients, and oxygen. It also enhances the effectiveness of other treatments like fertilization and grub control. We recommend annual aeration, especially in compacted or high-traffic areas.
Why should I consider overseeding my lawn?
Overseeding thickens your lawn, fills in bare spots, and helps crowd out weeds and pests like grubs. It's especially effective when done in fall or spring and works best when paired with aeration for optimal seed-to-soil contact.
How do I know if I have a grub infestation?
Signs include brown patches, spongy turf that lifts easily, and increased animal digging. You can confirm by digging a small section of turf and counting grubs—more than 5 per square foot indicates a problem that needs treatment.
